There is this university in Eastern Visayas located in between the highs of the mountain and the beauty of the ocean in Baybay City, Leyte, the nature friendly and breathtaking Visayas State University. During my stay, I was able to visit their man-made forest of which wild pigs, birds and tarsiers can be spotted. The climate of the university is wet and sometimes very wet. It’s quite cold and relaxing. I was even able to witness the beautiful Camote’s Sunset. There were restaurants, resort and hotels in there to stay. Indeed it was very amazing and fun.
